Are you an experienced or aspiring Freelance First Aid Trainer looking to work with a professional, family run training company?

At Staffordshire First Aid Training, we deliver accredited First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Safety, and Mental Health First Aid courses across Staffordshire, the West Midlands, Shropshire, and throughout the UK - with competitive pay, flexible and varied work, mileage covered and 24/7 team support. 

We pride ourselves on delivering high quality, engaging, and compliant workplace training that saves lives and builds confidence. To keep up with demand, we’re looking to expand our team of freelance trainers across the country.

Whether you’re Qualsafe Awards or First Aid Industry Body (FAIB) registered, or new to the industry and looking for support to get accredited, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements to Join Our Freelance Trainer Network

We’re looking for UK-based trainers who meet the following criteria:

• UK based
• A current and valid First Aid Instructor certificate (or other relevant training qualifications)
• A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or Level 3 Award in Education & Training - AET)
• 2+ years of experience delivering training (bonus if in varied settings)
• A full UK driving licence
• Basic computer and tech skills (Email, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication skills with a calm, confident classroom presence
• Access to clean, up to date training equipment, including:
  • 3x Adult, 3x Child, and 3x Baby CPR manikins
  • 1x full AED for demonstration & 3x mini AEDs for practice
  • Projector and laptop/ipad
