What’s Covered?
The FREC 3 course offers comprehensive content covering advanced first response and emergency care, including:

- Return of Spontaneous Circulation (ROSC) procedures

- Helmet removal, neck, spine, and pelvic immobilisation
- Environmental exposure, burns, and scalds
