The Level 2 Award in Activity First Aid is a comprehensive 2 day course designed to equip individuals with the essential skills to manage a wide range of medical emergencies during any type of activity.
From minor injuries like cuts and sprains to serious incidents such as eye injuries, poisoning, or life threatening conditions, this course ensures participants are confident and prepared to act effectively in emergencies.
This nationally recognised and regulated qualification is perfect for coaches, instructors, activity leaders, and outdoor professionals who need to provide immediate care in dynamic or remote environments.
By the end of the course, learners will have practical knowledge and hands-on experience to respond to real life situations with confidence.

By training with Staffordshire First Aid Training, you’ll ensure your team is prepared, confident, and capable of responding to first aid emergencies during any activity.
This course is designed for those who have a responsibility to provide First Aid in outdoor and activity based environments and it is ideal for those in groups such as Scouts, and Guides. It is also ideal for those working in sports such as hiking and swimming.
During the course, there will be a range of learning styles incorporated to maximise your learning experience. There will be a multiple-choice examination at the end of the course to test your knowledge. Upon successful completion of the course, each delegate will have the knowledge, confidence, and certification to assist in emergencies such as choking or burns.
Refresher training is recommended every 3 years, which will be a 2 day course to refresh and update your Activity First Aid knowledge.
